Eric leads Nurture Realty with knowledge, wisdom and a strong commitment to this community by building authentic relationships.  He has earned the trust of his clients over the years with his expert negotiation, and straight forward communication style which has garnered him deep respect within the Portland real estate market.  Eric's educational achievements in accounting and a Masters degree in business has allowed him to build a relevant real estate practice that is unique in its approach to helping families build their dreams in Portland.  He moved to Portland, OR in 2005 from his college town of Chattanooga TN.  He enjoys the feeling of being in a small town/big city and firmly believes that no other city in the United State offers the same opportunity to build a lifestyle with a meaningful community full of positive impact, adventure and fulfillment.

Ross began his journey with the Nurture team in 2021 as the Client Care Coordinator before assuming the role of Director of Operations in 2022. Within these positions, he has played a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations and collaborating with fellow leaders to ensure the team's success. With 30 years of experience as an Aquatic Program Coordinator at Tualatin Hills Park and Recreation District, Ross brings a wealth of expertise in communication and customer service to his current role. Originally from South Dakota, Ross grew up in Raleigh Hills and attended Beaverton High School, where his passion for swimming and Water Polo thrived, ultimately shaping his career path. Today, as part of the Nurture team, Ross continues to leverage his skills to provide exceptional care to clients throughout every stage of their transactions..
