We are working within these protocols for the safety of you, your families, us and our familes. We will also follow all guidelines and requests from the listing agent. Before requesting a showing please:
○ Have a current preapproval letter.
○ View all listing information and photos online.
○ View all 3D, video and/or virtual tours.
○ Drive by the listing during the day and night
○ Explore the neighborhood.

When you request a showing:
○ We may choose to go to the property by ourselves and do a FaceTime / Zoom tour with you first.
○ When we meet you at the property, we may enter the property first and turn on any lights, doors, etc and then allow you to enter on your own and take a look. ○ We'll ask you to wear shoe covers if available.
○ We'll ask you to wear a face mask. If you don't have one, please let us know prior to our appointment..
○ We'll ask you to wear gloves, sanitize and/or wash hands before and after tour. ○ We'll wipe down all door knobs, light switches, cabinet handles at the end of showing.
